about

New single taken from the new album "Ombra", to be released 15.3.2024.
It's one of the first songs we wrote for the album, probably one of the most epic and fast-paced songs by The Moor. As the first single, we believe it's perfect to set the tone for entering the atmosphere of 'Ombra'. This song captures the raw essence of inner turmoil and the struggle against despair, a narrative of resilience in the face of tragedy, and a testament to the enduring strength found in unity, even within the darkest moments.

lyrics

The day of reckoning has come
The disease came in
But this hope evaporated

Come in. Can we talk closer
Near the fire
We've been down the whole time
and did not believe a thing
We live in the shade

And I still believe in no one.
Tonight we stand
Let alone hopes and nerves
Living to find answers to
fears and failures

Devour to deploy
Scorn of the wolf
Bloodthirsty moon

You'll never be alone
If you are into

We barely survived this tragedy
Over and over in your mind
Reach out the dark side closer
Knowledge you'll never possess
Now the tide has turned
You live in the shade

And I still believe in no one.
Tonight we stand
let alone hopes and nerves
living to find answers to
And you still believe in no one
where we had meant to stand alone
